It’s the beginning of the day, there are hundreds of us, crammed into 8 aluminium boxes on wheels, the only sound that you can here is some lady talking on her phone or various music tracks cranking from someone’s iPod. No one speaks to each other we are all strangers forced into each others personal space. The person standing next to you may very well be the man or woman of your dreams they could be your best friend but you refuse to talk.
In contrast the 2 O’clock train home from the city on a Saturday night everyone is loud talking and having so much fun. It could be the alcohol but it could also be that no one is on their way to their jobs, those little things that we do during the week to pass the time and earn that little bit of money to buy that car, to buy that music, go to that gig or to go out on the weekend and meet that guy or girl of your dreams, to run a muck with your best mates.
Unfortunately little pieces of metal and plastic/paper(depending on which country your in) rules our lives, rules our world.
